Delivery Timing

We’re happy to note preferred delivery times, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Morning delivery requests are handled on a best-effort basis.

For funerals, memorial services, weddings, or other time-sensitive deliveries, please include the event or service time when placing your order.

Please provide the recipient’s:

• Complete delivery address
• Working phone number
• Any helpful access instructions

For hotels, vacation rentals, gated properties, restaurants, and secure buildings, please include any information that may help us complete the delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location like a covered porch at a beach house or with a front desk, concierge, receptionist, or other appropriate person when conditions allow.

Weather & Delivery Delays

Severe weather, flooding, high winds, snow, road closures, or other unsafe travel conditions may delay or reschedule delivery.

We will always make safety a priority and deliver as soon as conditions allow.

Seasonal Flower Availability

Flowers are seasonal, and availability changes throughout the year.

The arrangements shown online are intended as examples. Specific flowers, colors, and containers may vary based on seasonal and market availability. We will create your arrangement using the freshest flowers available while maintaining the value of your order.

For specific flower or color requests, we recommend ordering at least 4 days in advance whenever possible.
